A constitutional review committee, headed by Bill Haggett, has worked very hard over the past several months to review and recommend revisions for the CAMA constitution. What is attached is the fruit of their labors. The proposed revisions allow us to make much better use of technology, and eliminate a number of redundancies. The present constitution requires a vote of the membership at a membership meeting in order to approve changes. This is the process that we must follow at this point. Future changes will be allowed through email, and that is one of the changes that we have proposed. A vote will be taken on this constitution at the closing session of the CAMA meeting on Tuesday, April 7. I hope to see you there. DOWNLOAD REVISED CONSTITUTION David K. Taylor
